Strengths
Posting the menu online can attract customers, so that they can inquire for orders and deliveries. Also, it is located at the Dayap Main Road, which is centered, and a crowded place were a lot of people come.
Weaknesses
Having a lack of staff such as saleswoman/man and cook that affects the sales and service for customers, resulting for long waiting duration. Confusing price because of the changing prices of ingredients.
Opportunities
Due to our situation because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the demand for food businesses increased, the market became competitive. Since people were stuck in their house, they look or demand for affordable foods that is available near to them. Also, products that are not available on near stores such as grilled chicken and drinks.
Threats
Because of the sudden increased of price of ingredients such as pork and chicken, increasing price of gas, changing weather and the competitors such as near stores and whenever there is a celebration, can affect the business.
